CESA held the Japan Game Awards Future Division ceremony on September 20, 2026 in Hall 1 at Makuhari Messe during Tokyo Game Show 2026. Per Inven Global, the Future Division honors unreleased titles announced or shown at TGS 2026 before the September 19, 16:00 JST cutoff, with winners chosen by attendee and general-gamer votes.
