GlobalComix is expanding its manga and manhwa catalog ahead of New York Comic Con with new titles from Kadokawa (via Dwango) and Redice Studio (via Riverse), according to K-Comics Beat (October 2, 2026). CEO Henrik Rydberg’s statement in the PR stresses access for GlobalComix’s community across celebrated and emerging series.
Kadokawa titles called out: To Sir, Without Love: I’m Divorcing You (ongoing romance-fantasy, ~20 chapters), The Insipid Prince’s Furtive Grab for The Throne (ongoing fantasy-adventure with anime adaptation, ~58 chapters), and Love Tattoo (completed seven-chapter BL series). Redice Studio action-fantasy adds: Tomb Raider King, Overgeared, and The Return of the Disaster-Class Hero.
Caveat for US readers: this is a digital catalog / distribution announce, not a Penguin Random House or Diamond print solicit. Do not invent comic-shop street dates or collected-edition ISBNs from this note. Per-title availability timing on GlobalComix may stagger.
The Dwango agreement is also framed as a possible path for additional publishers later — report that as optional future pathway language, not a signed list of unnamed houses. Riverse is the stated path for the Redice trio.
RCG’s comics desk remains focused on English-primary / US-hook stories; GlobalComix’s English-platform availability is the US hook here, distinct from Absolute Universe print timing such as Absolute Batman Beyond Ark-M Special Hits Nov. 18.
Overgeared, Tomb Raider King, and Disaster-Class Hero already have sizable English webtoon/manhwa audiences, so the Redice adds are the clearer US discovery hook than the quieter Kadokawa romance and BL entries — though all six are part of the same October 2 catalog announce.
Readers should check GlobalComix directly for chapter cadence and language availability rather than assuming simultaneous drop of every title on NYCC weekend.
What we are not saying: we are not inventing print FOC dates, claiming exclusive GlobalComix windows forever, or grading the six series. Report the named Kadokawa and Redice adds via the Oct. 2 PR coverage.
