Image Comics will publish Merciless, a four-issue supernatural horror miniseries by writer Mirka Andolfo and artist Lidia Bolognini, with #1 on sale December 2, 2026, ICv2 reports. The book is a sequel to Andolfo’s 2020 solo series Mercy, whose collected edition was one of the top-selling graphic novels through Comic Hub in December 2020.
Same town, fifteen years later
Merciless returns to the same grimy former mining town, now fifteen years on, following Rory and her companion Joel as they battle the spread of a new drug with otherworldly origins. Image has not published a page count or cover price in the ICv2 write-up — leave those for the solicit when it lands.
