Nocturnal II, the atmospheric side-scrolling Metroidvania sequel from Sunnyside Games, will launch for PC via Steam on November 10, 2026, Gematsu reports. A new release-date trailer accompanies the announce.

City of Ytash

Per the Steam page overview cited by Gematsu, the sequel invites players to explore the dark depths and towering heights of Ytash, an interconnected city plunged into obscurity. Routes unlock as you return with fresh abilities. The hand-drawn look is inspired by Persian architecture, with a fast, flexible character built for expressive movement and combat, secret endings that expand the island’s mysteries, and a minimalist focus on atmosphere and discovery.

PC date locked

This wire dates Steam PC only for November 10. Price and other platforms were not part of the Gematsu announce — treat console day-one claims as unconfirmed unless a primary source says otherwise. Wishlist and trailer live on Steam (app 2847780).
