Sunken Realms is out now on Steam (Steam release date September 18, 2026; press into Sep 19) from solo developer Brad Warren / Magic Puncher Games — a focused ARPG dungeon crawler with rogue-lite elements about a son searching for answers in a cursed underground city.

Live Steam US pricing at forge time: $16.99 list with an active 10% launch discount ($15.29 final) for the first two weeks. Impulse Gamer / COGconnected also cite £13.99 / €16.99 list with the same two-week 10% launch discount. The free demo remains available until September 21. Press cites ~45,000 wishlists pre-launch; Steam API does not expose wishlist totals for re-verify — attributed to Impulse Gamer / COGconnected.

What’s in the dungeon

Alric descends into abandoned Aedaria after his father never returned. Features per Steam / press: 109 hand-crafted rooms across six areas, procedurally rearranged each run; melee + ranged combat; spells; camp crafting / cooking / potions / trade; Soul Forge upgrades; a campfire story between runs. Warren cites Outward as the spark, with storytelling influence from Hades and adventure spirit from The Legend of Zelda (Impulse Gamer interview notes).
