Kingdom-defence hit Thronefall is finally getting its big console day. Publisher Mythwright will bring the base game to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox Game Pass on November 11, 2026, the same day its first paid expansion Craaghelm launches on Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch, per Mythwright’s Games Press release amplified by GoNintendo. The studio says the game has sold over 2 million units.
Console debut + first expansion, same day
Thronefall already lives on PC, Switch, and mobile. November 11 is the first time the base game hits PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series hardware, with Game Pass covering the base title that day. Craaghelm is a paid DLC that requires the base game — do not assume Game Pass includes the expansion on day one.
What’s in Craaghelm
Mythwright pitches Craaghelm as a dwarven-mountain campaign against a mechanical Construct army. Headline features from the announce:
- Eight new themed maps (moving platforms, lava streams, choke points)
- New units including Axe Throwers, Automatons, and Airships
- Heroes Technician, Siege Engineer, and Dwarven Spirit Warriors
- Boss threat Clockwork Oliphaunt, plus Loot Goblins and Leap Bots
- New weapons (Dragon’s Roar, dual-shield Twin Bastions), perks (spiked walls, healing hot springs), and mutators (volcanic ash, boulders, disasters)
The forever pitch remains: build your humble kingdom by day, defend it by night, and charge into the fight yourself. Expansion pricing was not listed in the day-of materials we checked — retailers will fill that in closer to street.
