Total Mayhem Games locked a street date for We Were Here Tomorrow, the next asymmetrical co-op puzzle entry in the We Were Here series: October 20, 2026 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam. Gematsu (Sep 20) posted the date wire the same day as the PC Gaming Show Tokyo Direct cluster.

The pitch

Two Explorers wake in separate containment pods deep inside the enigmatic Norcek Facility, guided by director Kathleen Bowe. Communication stays the spine — walkie-talkies, distinct roles/tools, and puzzles that split perspective across time, gravity, and space (studio overview via Gematsu). Soft series context: same walkie-talkie co-op DNA as prior We Were Here games; Tomorrow leans hard into a retro-futuristic 80s imagined-future look and synthwave soundtrack.

Platforms

Confirmed: PS5, Xbox Series, Steam. No Switch lock in the Gematsu wire — do not invent one.

As-of: 2026-09-20 evening ~5:30 PM CT (America/Chicago). Oct 20 multiplat (PS5 / Xbox Series / Steam) and Norcek Facility asymmetrical co-op framing verified against Gematsu. No invented Switch.
