Adventure Time Bonnie Vampire Hunter Hits Nov 18

Comics

Oni Press, with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, announced Adventure Time: Bonnie the Vampire Hunter Special #1. Caroline Cash writes; art is by Caroline Cash and Tia Roxae. The book is a 56-page full-color one-shot priced at $7.99, on sale November 18, 2026. Solicitation coverage puts Final Order Cutoff around October 12, 2026.

Oni Press’s official news post is the primary source. ICv2’s September 3 write-up is secondary trade coverage for the street date and cover slate.

The story is an alternate-universe Bubbline take set in Ooo: Princess Bonnibel is a vampire hunter, and vampire Marceline is an ally who may become something more. It is not a main-continuity Adventure Time relaunch and not the start of an ongoing series. Cash previously wrote and drew an Adventure Time one-shot for Oni, and this special returns her to that licensed corner with Roxae sharing art duties across the oversized page count.

Four covers are planned in trade listings, including Cash and Roxae variants, which matters for retailers ordering into the November one-shot window. Indie and licensed specials are stacking into the same fall calendar that already includes Image street dates such as those in Ghost Machine’s fall 2026 Rook, Geiger, and Hyde Street dates. This Oni special is a separate WBD-licensed Adventure Time release aimed at shops ordering through the usual direct-market FOC cycle.

What this story is not claiming: the price is $7.99, not $8.99. The title is Vampire Hunter, not “Vampire Slayer.” Tia Roxae is not the sole interior artist — Cash and Roxae share art. This is not main continuity and not an ongoing. It is not a SimonKids release, and this title is not branded Oni-Lion Forge in the first-party note. November 18 is the on-sale date in the Oni announcement used here.
