Riot Games has revealed the next agent coming to Valorant. Her name is Hush, she is a Duelist, and Riot describes her as a “reality-bending” fighter from Guangdong, China. The reveal came early Sunday during the final day of Valorant Champions Shanghai, with Riot posting her cinematic trailer, “Rise and Fall,” at 1 a.m. CT.
The trailer’s official description says Hush is joining “from Guangdong, China” and will be “available in Season 26 // ACT VI.” The Valorant news page lists her the same way, as a “New Duelist Agent available in Season 26 // ACT VI.” The official Valorant account kept its own announcement short: “Shh… Hush is here.“
What we know about her
Riot followed the cinematic with a short abilities preview on the official Valorant YouTube channel, introducing Hush as “the telekinetic Duelist,” and the Valorant account kept the hype going on social media with lines like “Get over here.”
Hush is a Duelist, the role built around taking first contact and creating space for the team. Riot chose the Champions stage in Shanghai, in front of a home crowd for a Chinese agent, to show her off.
The trailer is set to “It’s You,” an original song performed by Karencici, and was made with Brunch Studios. The track is already out on streaming services.
LOUD make history at Champions
Hush was the surprise of the day, but the main event belonged to LOUD. The Brazilian organization beat Team Vitality 3-1 in the grand final to become the 2026 Valorant world champions, and the official VCT account noted they are “the first team to win two Valorant Champions trophies.” LOUD’s erde was named tournament MVP.
It has been a big season for repeat winners in esports. Last month we covered how SwizzY became the first back-to-back Fortnite Global Championship winner. On Riot’s side, the company is also winding things down elsewhere, with League of Legends Classic ending in January. For Valorant players, though, the focus now shifts to Season 26 Act VI and how Hush changes the Duelist picture once she is playable.
