Tuesday’s ID@Xbox x IGN Showcase packed in a surprise launch, two Game Pass dates for this month and a long list of indie games aimed at 2027. Xbox Wire’s recap laid out every date, and many of the games will support Xbox Play Anywhere at launch, so one purchase covers console and PC. RCG previewed the show last week.
Arctic Eggs is out now, and Mouthwashing gets a date
The surprise came from Critical Reflex, which is bringing three of its games to Xbox. Arctic Eggs, the dystopian frying sim where you make omelettes out of beer bottles, bullets and cigarettes in a surreal Antarctic city, is available today on Xbox Series X|S. Psychological horror drama Mouthwashing follows on Oct. 29, 2026, on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, Xbox One and Game Pass. No, I’m Not a Human, an apocalyptic thriller about spotting shape-shifting impostors at your door, arrives on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Game Pass in 2027.
Game Pass dates this fall
A Game About Digging a Hole Together, the sequel to the beach-digging sandbox hit, was revealed at the show. This time you dig with friends, collecting and selling resources and upgrading gear on the hunt for buried treasure. It launches Dec. 4, 2026, on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC and Game Pass.
Scramble Knights Online, an MMO-lite action RPG set in the shared kingdom of Terracott, launches sooner: Oct. 26, 2026, on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC and Game Pass.
Shrek, Bigby and Zero Parades
Aspyr’s DreamWorks Shrek 2 Remastered is up for preorder and arrives on Xbox Series X|S on Nov. 10, 2026. Xbox Wire says Game Pass members get up to 20% off the preorder through Nov. 9, while non-members get 10%. The remaster adds Photo Mode and Cheat Mode.
Telltale’s The Wolf Among Us Remastered showed a new story trailer with the first look at Bigby’s redesigned werewolf form. It launches digitally on Oct. 29, 2026, on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, as RCG reported when the date was set; the Switch version was delayed separately. The remaster adds a Noir Mode, bonus content and playable deleted scenes from the original 2013 production.
ZA/UM’s Zero Parades: Director’s Cut comes to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox on PC on Nov. 3. Xbox Wire says it adds around 40,000 words of new story, a Backstage Mode and full English voice-over. That is the same day as the Switch 2 version.
